Fun People Needed
Front House
Gain valuable customer service experience and an appreciation for the importance of providing quality Italian food services. Working at the “front of house” you will interact with our customers. You will help prepare Genova’s to Go orders, ensure accuracy, and work closely with other members of the team to keep our restaurant running smoothly.
Back House
Learn to effectively manage and delegate tasks in a busy kitchen environment. Working at the “back of house” you will be in charge of Genova’s To go operations. These positions involve food preparation, production, and management. Develop your problem-solving skills by quickly acting and making decisions on the spot. Here, you will work with an array of clientele and develop better communication skills with coworkers.
Management
A career in management at Genova’s to Go will teach you so much about what it takes to run a successful business. Additionally, you’ll learn how important customer service is for our business and how necessary a welcoming atmosphere is for a business to succeed.
