No, just download the app and login using the same username and password you have been using for your online ordering account.
You are automatically signed up for rewards when you sign in or sign up on the app.
When ordering on the app or online your points are automatically added to your account. when ordering in the store or over the phone please provide your counter attendant with the phone number associated with your account. this will allow for your points to show up on your account.
When you sign in or sign up on the Genova’s To Go app you will receive $5.00 off your first order of $15.00 or more, as well 50 free points toward your reward points. Provide your birthday and you will receive a free dessert to be used within 7 days of your birthday. every 250 points you earn you will receive a $5 reward which will be automatically redeemed for $5 off your next purchase.

Your reward number can be found in the top right hand corner of the app home page. When calling or in store use the phone number associated with your account.

Rewards cannot be cancelled once redeemed. All eligible rewards will be automatically applied on any mobile app order, online order, phone order or eat-in visit if a qualifying purchase is made.
You must be logged into the app, points and accumulated rewards are shown on the home screen of the app by selecting GTG Rewards.
