Genova’s To Go offers plenty of tasty vegetarian and vegan options. We use the best local ingredients to make sure every meal is both delicious and satisfying!

At Genova’s To Go, we use creamy soybean oil for frying. It’s free of common allergens like peanuts, soy protein, and sesame because the soy protein is removed during processing, making it allergy-friendly. However, please note that we are not a gluten-free kitchen. Breaded and battered items are fried in soybean oil in our kitchen.

Genova’s To Go pizza contains wheat, milk, and cheese. If you have gluten sensitivity or celiac disease, our food products are not safe for you to consume. All of our breads, pastas, and pizza crusts contain wheat, so we strongly advise those with gluten sensitivities to avoid them. We do offer a variety of pizza toppings, including pepperoni, veggies, and meats.
