In addition to your catering order, you may incur:
- Delivery fees (vary by location and order size)
- Service charges (applied to orders outside of normal hours or requiring special scheduling adjustments)
- An 18% gratuity is applied to all orders.

- What is your cancellation policy?
A credit card is required to reserve your catering order. Your card will be charged on the day of the event. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.

Absolutely! We highly recommend joining—sign up today to start enjoying rewards and benefits! Throughout the year, we offer double rewards on all catering orders. Contact our Catering Department for details.
- Can I bring my team to Genova's To Go for a Pizza Party?
We love supporting our local teams! However, our dining rooms aren’t large enough to host team pizza parties without impacting our dine-in guests. Thank you for your understanding.
- Does any of your locations have private event space?
New for the Fall of 2026, our Hanover location will have a newly remodeled private meeting and event space than can accommodate up to 28 guests. Our space will offer complimentary, secure and high speed WIFI and an 85" SMART TV equipped for presentations, screen sharing and digital displays. This space will be available for rent Monday - Thursday from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Friday 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday evenings 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
